2) Additional Information:

Ready Stock Items
- Orders will be processed in 2-3 working days after the payment has been credited into our bank account.

Preorder Items
- Do refer to the ETA in the product page.
- Our admin will email or call once goods arrive.
- For customers who with both preorder & ready stock items in the same invoice, delivery fees will only be a one time charge.
- Extra charges and additional delivery fees will be incurred if customer request for the items to be sent out separately.

We will try to give the best service to reduce the delivery timeline and provide 100% full service to our valued customer. If there is any delay due to logistic congestion, parcel lost, custom clearance matters, shipment delay, waiting for restock, etc. we will keep customer informed through email, website or announce in Facebook Page.

3) Delivery Tracking
- Parcel tracking number and Courier Company information will be given to you once your order has been sent out. Customers are responsible to trace their own tracking number.

4) Returned Packages
- Extra postage fees will be incurred if the parcel is returned to us due to reasons such as unclaimed, wrong address, incorrect receiver name, etc.
