We hope you are enjoying your purchase.

In order to serve you better, please update us within 3 days upon receiving the goods.

Any default to the goods, please inform us immediately with photos & descriptions.

You are required to return the goods to us within 7 working days so that we can process an exchange of goods for you.

We will take up to 21 days for goods exchange.

Kindly inform us via Facebook or email to farahdian84@gmail.com. Please provide your Order No, your name, contact number and photo of the relevant products and reason of returning for further processing. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

This applies for gadget such as IAD, Nasal aspirator, zikir & surah plug in, ebookku, panel solat, quran pillow, quran diffuser & radio.

Each individual has different response & result. Please take consistently & diligently😉

If allergy reaction occurs, please stop & consult doctor immediately.
If you have any medical health,  please get doctor advise before consuming our products.

Your exchange or return will need at least 14 working days.

You must send the item back to us within 7 days upon receiving our reply.

• Sales items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exception will be made.
• Please ensure that all return items are in original condition with full box.
• If the item has been used or damaged by customer, there will not be any refund.
